Competition Cooker

 

We use a meadow creek reverse flow trailer smoker. It is the TS120... it’s the smallest of the three smokers made by Meadow creek but I think the perfect size for competition BBQ, plus it fits in my garage!  It was purchased before the start of the 2008 season.

 

Melvin at Meadow Creek BBQ mounted a small roaster (PR36) to the front of the smoker to add some more cooking options in time for the 2010 season.
